Student May I come in, sir?
Headmaster Yes, come in. 
Student Good morning, sir.
Headmaster Good morning. What’s your problem?
Student Sir, I want a transfer certificate.
Headmaster Why do you need a transfer certificate in the middle of the session?
Student My father is a govt employee, sir. He has recently been transferred to Chattagram. So, I can’t able to stay at this school.
Headmaster Don’t you have any relatives here? You can stay at the school hostel and continue the rest of the studies.
Student No sir. I’ve not any relatives in Dhaka. My father is unable to afford me here. I need a transfer certificate. Would you please issue it for me, sir?
Headmaster Have you written an application?
Student Yes sir. Here it is.
Headmaster Have you cleared your fees?
Student Yes sir. All tuition fees have been paid.
Headmaster Ok. Meet with the Head Clerk. He will help you the rest of the process.
Student Thank you, sir.
