You know, a loyal buddy can help you enjoy happy moments and give support through difficult times. Friends decrease feelings of loneliness by providing you with the company you desire.

= I try to go out with my friends at least twice a week. I enjoy spending my weekends with them and we sometimes go to other places. I don’t always hang out with all my friends. I usually hang out with two or three close friends approximately 2-3 times per month.

= Abrar is my best friend in school. He was one of the top students in the class who sympathized with me. He helped me with my studies, taught me how to solve math problems practically, and was the only person who didn’t make fun of me when others did because of my low grades. He advised me to be patient and to be strong.

= Well, I like to spend time with my family. This is because we can form stronger bonds with our families. For example, we can go on vacation together with our family. Additionally, we can do things at home like cook together, hang out, and more.

= My family is more important to me than my friends. A family is a place where you can find everything. Family members will try to assist you appropriately, both in good and bad times. = This year, I started focusing on my diet. I used to eat carelessly, but now I focus on healthy food choices. Fruit is a necessity in all my meals.

= Fast food is bad for one’s health, yet I like its taste. It does not contain any healthy foods, such as fruits and vegetables. Moreover, it contains preservatives, which can be toxic to the body if consumed regularly. I enjoy fast food, but I only eat it when I’m desperate for food.
= Fast food is quite popular in my country. These are popular in shopping malls and urban areas. I do not believe that fast food is very harmful. = People in my country eat a lot of fast food. Most people eat fast food even though they know it is harmful to their health. But my family avoids eating it because we know it is bad for our health.
